An Ayurvedic consultation is very in-depth as we go through all the systems of the body and ask how
each of them are for you.

There is usually an easy way forward and the changes will make an impact on your current situation. I really enjoyusing the Ayurvedic process in order to support someone. Let's start by explaining what you are looking for. Send me an email, I'd love to hear from you. We will then have a discussion to see if I can help you. If I can then I will send out a consultation
form.
Step 3
Create a Personalised Plan
I will then go through all your answers methodically and look at the 5 pathways in order to give you a detailed and comprehensive plan.
Step 2
Fill In Consultation Form
This is a thorough document and I always advise making sure you have a cuppa next to you while you fill it in. It will ask many questions, and while some of them will be quite probing please be
assured that there is a reason I am asking them. Once you have completed the consultation (do a little happy dance that you got through it) and then send it back to me.
Step 4
Follow Up
We then would need to book in a meeting so that I can discuss the plan with you. Ideally, this would be face-to-face, but I am happy to do an online meeting if that best suits you. I will explain the plan and see how easy it would be to integrate the plan into your current lifestyle.
