Therapies

  • Deep Tissue Massage- the use of knuckles, forearms and elbows to relieve deep muscle tension

  • Bowen- Gentle movements across the muscle fibres. Who will it benefit: Great for anyone suffering long-standing conditions such as sciatica and frozen shoulder

​​

  • Dorn Method- A spinal realignment technique that uses muscle distraction to return the spine to its natural position. Who will it benefit: Great if you have ever had any disc problems, have a physical job or hobby or work out with weights

​

  • Reflexology/ Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology- The use of thumb and finger pressure into the feet and ankles to help bring the body back to a state of well-being. Lymph drainage reflexology can help reduce swelling in the body by working the feet and bringing relief from conditions like swollen ankles

​

  • Indian Head Massage- release upper body tension from the head, neck, shoulders, arms and face. Who will it benefit: Those who are sitting for long periods, whether that be at a desk or driving

​

  • Thai Foot Massage- Using the thumb and a Thai foot stick, pressure helps stimulate the feet and the lower legs. Who will it benefit: Runners and those who stand for long periods, as the vibration goes all the way through to the hip, giving deep relaxation

​

  • Japanese Face Massage- Using traditional techniques of rubbing and oils to stimulate the whole of the body by using the energy lines in the face. A bit like reflexology for the face. Who will it benefit: Great if you want a whole body treatment, but don't like your feet being touched!

  • Natural Facelift- A lovely face treatment that helps with getting rid of tension and puffiness, leaving the face looking uplifted and toned. Who will it benefit: Great if you have an important event coming up!
